MOSCOW, Jan 10 (PRIME) -- Russia’s budget spending amounted to over 31 billion rubles, and revenue to 28 trillion rubles in 2022, all the social obligations were fulfilled, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said during a government meeting on Tuesday.

“The year is over, and preliminary results of the federal budget execution can be summed up. Large-scale tasks required serious spending of over 31 billion rubles, and revenue amounted to almost 28 billion rubles. All the social obligations were fulfilled strictly, and companies were supported,” he said.

Mishustin added that the government’s work to ensure Russia’s macroeconomic stability should continue in 2023.

“The results are not bad. Much effort was made to ensure economic stability, and of course the work should continue this year to meet all the planned budget obligations,” he said.

Mishustin also said that the government will summarize the results of the economy’s industries in January–March.
